Explore the forests in Sumatra and feel the experience with orangutans in Bukit Lawang. Bukit Lawang is a small village in the south of the Gunung Leuser National Park. This location is located approximately 90 kilometers northwest of Medan, the capital of North Sumatra.

When you are in this place, you should feel the night journey. This is a favorite among visitors. Most people choose to travel two days to increase the chance to see orangutans and other wildlife in their natural habitat.

If you want a challenge, try hiking to the summit of Mount Leuseur (3404 meters). This trip will take about 10-14 days. Angasan small village is the starting point of the match.
